Over the past few years, as I have stood at milestones in my life, I have come to be deeply in touch with nature.
I have been moved by the changing face of the earth, the lives of living creatures, and the changes in the weathered man-made structures.
These are the stories of the birth and circulation of life that repeat far beyond our own time. I created this work with the hope of capturing the beauty of a moment in this grand story and expressing it through "food.

Creation, taste, and disappearance.
Here is a “moment of life” that can never be reproduced the same way again, a FOOD ART that is completed when we eat it through the intersection of form and taste.
